We DO love ALL of our guests, but we spend more time with some pets than others, and have been caring for some guests longer than our own personal pets!

At Lucky Dog, we value the relationships we have built over the years, and we consider many of our customers friends, and their pets our family. We enjoy spending holidays with our furry friends and family, and take extra steps to ensure that they are not booked out when demand is high.

Our success over the years, our growth, our life saving programs, every renovation, and staying in business when disaster threatened this dream, none of it would be possible without their support. We value the loyalty, and as we grow, we do not want the high demand for our services to change these relationships.

If you have been a regular Lucky Dog customer for a while, you may deserve VIP status, and if your pet has been coming since 2017, please reach out to the team to have our records updated to reflect your Loyalty Rewards eligibility. As we grow, you will enjoy the benefits of our New Loyalty Rewards Program,  pet care from the team that you have come to know and trust, even when space in our facility is limited. Most VIP Clients and all Loyalty Rewards Members enjoy Coded-Entry, After Hours Access, Discounts, and other perks already, but as we grow and demand increases, we remain committed to rewarding the customers who supported us along the way and our new programs help us to do just that.
